NOMUG at Ye Olde College Inn

The New Orleans Mac Users Group (NOMUG) dined at Ye Olde College Inn, in Uptown New Orleans, following its monthly meeting. This is an adjacent building to the one that was flooded after Hurricane Katrina.

Tony Green Murals

Artist Tony Green painted Canal Street scene murals on the walls of a coffeehouse downstairs from Mid City Bowling Lanes - in addition to the murals upstairs. When a lease for downstairs did not work out, owner John Blancher moved the mural to Ye Old College Inn. After Hurricane Katrina, pieces from the mural were then moved into an adjacent building that is now Ye Old College Inn.

Reception at the Westwego Art Center

Every two months, new works are hung in the galleries at the Westwego Art Center. Saturday night was a reception for the artists and their guests.

West Bank Art Guild Clock

Two years ago the West Bank Art Guild celebrated its 40th anniversary. There was a t-shirt design competition. Gail Sheasby's winning design was also used for this clock that now hangs in the new Westwego Art Center.
