Steve Kline Sculpture
Recently I spotted a Steve Kline metal sculpture on Judge Perez in Chalmette. The title is "The Wind Blew, the Water Surged, the Willpower Emerged." A plaque states that the sculpture is dedicated to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This area of Louisiana flooded during and after the storm.
