Café du Monde on Vets

It's nice that there are several Café du Monde locations to enjoy. Recently I joined friends at the one on Veterans Boulevard near Clearview.

Beignets at Café du Monde

A few days back I had occasion to shop in the French Quarter.
I decided to stop by Café du Monde. Below you can see some the typical items on the menu. Of course there’s an order of beignets with powdered sugar piled high. I also had an orange juice and
hot chocolate.



Some pigeons and brown birds walked below the tables looking for table scraps.
