Hanging Art at the Westwego Performing Arts Theatre

When March 27th came around I was asked to move some of my art from the Westwego Community Center to the Westwego Performing Arts Theatre, which is in back. Although there were fewer hanging spots in the lobby, showing there was still an opportunity to have my artwork seen.

Another Art Show at the Westwego Community Center!

In early March I was invited to hang my art at the Westwego Community Center on Sala Avenue in Westwego, LA. It is home to the Teatro Wego! Dinner Theater. I hung a mixture of works created between 2004 and 2008.

Last Wednesday I was contacted about hanging art in the lobby of the Westwego Community Center on Sala Avenue. The Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) has a buffet in the building as part of its dinner theater and dinner before theatrical productions. Yesterday afternoon I hung fourteen pieces with similar visual themes. The pieces were completed between 1999 and 2006. They are from my dot series and my grid series.
