Full Circle

Before I knew it I was back where I started this trip around the park. Many people I know walk the route daily. They walk early before work.

Oaks to Either Side

Oaks lined both sides of the track as I approached Magazine Street. Some branches lay on the ground. The oaks created shadow patterns on the grass and on the track.

Golf Course on the Left

On the right I passed at water fountain. On the left was the golf course. I noticed several large oaks while I following the track.

Cecile's Crepe Myrtle Grove

Cecile's Crepe Myrtle Grove includes a loop with benches and hills with shelters at each end. Moving on from this area and continued on the track. Before lone I arrived at the next
exercise station.

Resuming the Track Loop

Having resumed the track loop, I wandered over to a clump of trees with a sculpture below it. It depicted a father and son carrying fishing poles. From there I approached Cecile's Crepe Myrtle Grove.

Re-Entering Audubon Park

From St. Charles Avenue I reentered Audubon Park. On both sides there were large columns. I passed the fountain again and returned to the track and resumed my walk.
