An Olympic athletes float had a man with multiple gold medals around his neck. A giant microscope symbolized scientists in general, but riders all had Einstein hair. A fireman surrounded by flames decorated a float of firemen.

Super Heroes, Rene Borne, Billionaires

Several different super heroes were represented on another float. Rene Borne and her group of energetic dancers were enjoying themselves as they rode by the crowd. Finally, a float with billionaires concluded the parade.

Mardi Gras Arch

The newest addition to Mardi Gras outside decorations was an arch with Mardi Gras lights. Again, inflatable Mardi Gras letters were displayed on the lawn. A Mardi Gras wreath adorned the front door.

Party Central Tradition

A traditional food spread greeted all visitors to Party Central. There was even a separate dessert table in the adjacent room. It wasn't long before folks were filling up their plates.

Back Yard Bar Stations

The back covered patio included to bar stations. One included an array of choices for making drinks. The other one was an altar of wine.

Krewe of Little Rascals on Veterans Boulevard

The Jerusalem Shriners lead the way for the annual Krewe of Little Rascals Parade on Veterans Boulevard on Sunday, February 20, 2011. A firetruck was followed by members in their red dune buggies. The parade featured numerous bands, cheerleaders, marching and dance organizations.
