Krewe of Caesar's "What Time Is It?"

Last Saturday night the Krewe of Caesar rolled the streets of Metairie with floats using the theme “What Time Is It?” Folks turned out in spite of the windy cold weather. The floats were colorfully illuminated with flashing bulbs and neon.
