On January 31st artists braved a steady cold wind at the Art Market of New Orleans in Palmer Park. I forgot how cold the 40s could be with a wind chill added on top. Even with a borrowed blanket I was miserable. The sun stayed behind gray clouds all day. All sorts of folks walked by with kids and/or pets in tow. About 3 p.m. the person who brought our group tent decided to pack up. Thus we all took our art down and headed home.
