On Thursday August 4th, the St. Bernard Art Guild held a banquet at
Rocky and Carlo's Restaurant located at 613 W Saint Bernard Highway in Chalmettte, Louisiana. Lynda Swanner emceed the proceedings. She began by thanking the officers who had served 2010 - 2011.
