Glen Weber Demonstration

Past president of the West Bank Art Guild Glen Weber demonstrated acrylic landscape painting at the October general meeting of the West Bank Art Guild. He showed his secret method for keeping acrylics wet on his palette. With the assistance of a member relay team, he quickly painted four landscape “starts.” A start is simply the initial blocking in of paint to get a piece going. He discussed what he emphasized in each painting as he played with different sky color combinations. As usual he kept members giggling with his cheerful and casual presentation. And voilà, below are the four “starts.”
