Moss-Covered Oaks

This area of the park had a number of beautiful moss-covered oaks. The sun filtered through to the ground. Naturally I had to stop and shoot some photos.

Walking Lane

Counter-clockwise was the direction I decided to go. So, I started walking making sure to stay in the walking lane. I didn’t want to be run into by a biker. Occasionally I meandered off the path if something peaked my interest.

Audubon Park

Previously I posted photos from the Audubon Zoo. Across the street from the zoo is Audubon Park. When I was younger automobiles were allowed in Audubon Park. The road that circled the park is now a paved jogging and bicycling track. There are lanes for each marked on the path. Here are a few shots to begin this journey.

Coffee Festival

At the other end of Jenna Street there were some booths each featuring coffee brands. They were participating in a Coffee Festival. A blurb about it was included on a market sign I spotted on Napoleon Avenue. Before leaving, I circled back around the market to catch a few more of the tents.

Jenna Street

At one end of Jenna Street was a band. Both sides of the street had tents.

Wandering Around the Market

Making my way around a fence, I soon realized how much bigger the market was. I continued my journey to Jenna Street. Another leg of the market took up one block of that street.
