Le Krewe d'Etat Does Broadway!

Le Krewe d’Etat is a carnival krew parades with satirical floats on the Friday before Mardi Gras. The route was extended to include Magazine Street this year. I viewed the parade near it’s starting point. Instead of a king, there is a dictator. Instead of a ball there is a revolution – this krewe’s version of a ball.
