The Pond

The pond was in a shady corner of the patio. It was surrounded by poinsettias. A fountain trickled water. To the left of the pond is an angel statue. To right sits a concrete bear.

Out on the Patio

Out in the middle of the patio the West Bank Art Guild hung art on screens. Parrot Pete’s provided a sign calling the art show “Artist Showcase.” The artists scattered across the patio with their painting easels. Here are my dot paintings on one panel of the screens.

Patio at the Crescent City Brewhouse

The French Quarter is known for its patios. In the back of the Crescent City Brewhouse is a patio that includes a fountain.

Riche by Todd English

My family treated me to dinner at the Riche restaurant at Harrah's Hotel. In spite of our familiarity with some French words on the menu we still had to ask questions. The food was very rich.
